Paypal is our preffered method of payment for all auctions. We only ship to the same address as your payment billing address.

When using a method of payment other than Pay Pal, please contact us in advace so we can expect your payment.

We do not mark items as ìgiftî, nor will we understate the value of an item for customs reasons. It is against the law. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and pay for any customs, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. Those fees are determined by individual countries, not by Samy's Camera.

AND SHIPPING: For international buyers: We cannot declare the item much lower than the sale price and we are NOT responsible for customs fees. So if you do not like the item or change your mind we will not pay return postage or refund your customs fees. International shipments go via EMS with tracking and insurance, this is not negotiable. Canadian customers have the choice of EMS or UPS. International shipments only go out twice a week so please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

Our shipping rates include professional and speedy service, and insurance, of course. We email international tracking numbers usually the same day a package ships. Please do not ask for tracking numbers until a day has passed and you have checked your email. We do this AUTOMATICALLY. Once you win the auction, you have entered into a binding contract. Shipping is also possible by customer account. Samy's Ebay is not located in our retail stores. Please do not ask to personally view our merchandise or make an in-store pickup. We only allow customer pickup on large, oversized items. All other items must be shipped. We prefer to use Pay Pal. If you cannot use Pay Pal, please contact us prior to your purchase. Our preferred method of contact is email us through the eBay form.
