• Will you declare this item as 'gift' or declare a lower value on customs forms?

  Sorry, no. The purchase price (less shipping) is declared as the value on all international shipping documents. We do not mark as 'gift'.

• Do you offer combined shipping for multiple purchases?

Yes, we combine multiple items purchased by a single buyer into as few packages as possible to save shipping costs whenever practical. After you make your purchases, wait for us to send you an invoice through eBay so we can combine the items into one shipment.

• What does "Refurbished" mean?

  "Refurbished" items are refurbished by the original manufacturer, and normally include a limited warranty from that manufacturer. These are items that may have been used for display, demonstation or returned for some reason by a consumer. They are inspected and tested by the manufacturer to ensure they meet factory specifications. There is no way for us to determine the specific history for any given unit.

• What does "Demo" mean?

"Demo", or "Demonstration" is an item that was used as a display unit in our store, or used by a local sales representative as a demonstation item. It has not been sold to, or used by, an end consumer. These items typically still carry the full manufacturer warranty and include all original accessories and packaging (unless specified otherwise within eBay listing).


• What does "New" mean?

This means it is 'off the shelf' and 'brand new'. Just like you find in any reatil store (which we are!). These products all come in their original packaging, with all accessories as provided by the manufacturer. We do not strip-down or remove factory included accessories.

• Can you sell this item to me for less than your posted "Buy It Now" price?

Sorry, no. The "Buy It Now" price in the listing is firm.

• Are you an authorized dealer? Is this USA product or "Gray Market"

Yes, we are an authorized dealer for Nikon, Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Leica and many other major-brand manufacturers.
Unless otherwise specified, all our "NEW" products carry full factory warranties valid in the United States.
All our "NEW" products are USA product, not imported or "gray market".

• All items shipped are insured and well packaged.
• Items valued over $200.00 require signature upon delivery.
• We do not ship using 2nd party UPS / Fed Ex / DHL / etc. accounts.
• While UPS is our preferred carrier (due to superior tracking and reliable delivery), Priority Mail is also available.
• Orders received on Tuesday ship next business day.
• UPS Shipments ship same or next business day payment is received.
• US Postal shipments ship next business day.

• Fast 2-3 day delivery at an economical price.
• Includes Delivery Confirmation (no door-to-door tracking).

UPS Ground -

• Online Door-to-Door tracking with scheduled delivery dates.
• Will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day available upon request.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
While we normally ship worldwide, we reserve the right to restrict what countries we will ship for certain items.

• REMEMBER: Your country may impose import taxes/duties on purchases when they enter your country. Items may be held in Customs for payment of these taxes/duties, which will delay delivery.
• We only ship via US Postal Service for shipments outside the United States. We will not ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
• We will not ship as "gift" or declare lower value on customs documents. Any requests to do so will be ignored.
• Winning bidder is responsible for any and all customs fees, duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries. We cannot advise bidders as to what, if any, fees/duties/taxes may be assessed. Check with your local customs officials.
• All items are shipped insured and well packaged.
• Service times are estimates only, and do not include delays that might occur enroute or in customs. We have no control over delivery schedule once item is shipped.
